PV263 has a full-time Secretariat led by Executive Director which is responsible for Project Vote 263 programming, partner engagement and program implementation. The secretariat report to the board on the progress and/or lack of it in the implementation of the goals set by the secretariat. The executive director is responsible for the team that constitute the secretariat. The director is responsible for making sure that every employee works towards the vision of Project Vote 263 as well as maintaining discipline and coherence within the team.
